3.4. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. 5.1. The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of personal data, in accordance with the legislation.
5.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
5.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

6. Dispute Resolution

2.2. Verkkosivusto käsittelee käyttäjän henkilötietoja seuraaviin tarkoituksiin:
2.2.1. Käyttäjän tunnistaminen, joka on rekisteröity sivustolle myöhempää kaupallista, mainos-, tiedotus- ja analysointitoimintaa varten.
2.2.2. Käyttäjän pääsyn tarjoaminen yksilöllisiin verkkosivuston resursseihin.
2.2.3. Palautteen saaminen käyttäjältä, mukaan lukien ilmoitusten lähettäminen, pyynnöt koskien sivuston käyttöä, palvelujen tarjoamista, käyttäjän pyyntöjen ja vaatimusten käsittelyä.

3. Edellytykset käyttäjien henkilötietojen käsittelylle ja niiden siirtämiselle kolmansille osapuolille.
3.1. Sivusto säilyttää käyttäjien henkilötiedot noudattaen tiettyjen palveluiden sisäisiä sääntöjä.
3.2. Käyttäjän henkilötietojen luottamuksellisuus säilytetään, paitsi tapauksissa, joissa käyttäjä antaa vapaaehtoisesti tietojaan yleiseen saataville rajattomalle määrälle henkilöitä. Tietyissä palveluissa käyttäjä hyväksyy, että osa hänen henkilötiedoistaan tulee julkisesti saataville.
3.3. Sivustolla on oikeus siirtää käyttäjän henkilötietoja kolmansille osapuolille seuraavissa tapauksissa:
3.3.1. Käyttäjä on antanut suostumuksensa tällaisiin toimiin.
3.3.2. Siirto on tarpeen käyttäjän tietyn palvelun käyttämiseksi tai tietyn sopimuksen täyttämiseksi käyttäjän kanssa.
3.3.4. Siirto on säädetty sovellettavan lainsäädännön mukaisesti laissa määritellyn menettelyn puitteissa.
3.3.5. Sivuston myynnin tapauksessa kaikki velvoitteet tämän käytännön ehtojen noudattamiseksi suhteessa saadun henkilökohtaisen tiedon osalta siirtyvät ostajalle.
3.4. Käyttäjän henkilötietojen käsittely suoritetaan ilman aikarajaa seuraavilla tavoilla: kerääminen, tallennus, järjestelmällistäminen, kertyminen, säilytys, täsmennys (päivittäminen, muuttaminen), haku, käyttö, siirto (jakelu, toimittaminen, saatavuus), anonymisointi, estäminen, poistaminen, henkilötietojen tuhoaminen, mukaan lukien henkilökohtaisia tietojärjestelmiä koskevien tietojen käsittely automaatiotyökaluja käyttäen tai ilman niitä.
3.5. Jos henkilötiedot katoavat tai paljastuvat, sivuston hallinto ilmoittaa käyttäjälle henkilötietojen katoamisesta tai paljastumisesta.
3.6. Sivuston hallinto toteuttaa tarvittavat järjestölliset ja tekniset toimenpiteet käyttäjän henkilötietojen suojaamiseksi luvattomalta tai sattumanvaraiselta pääsyltä, tuhoamiselta, muuttamiselta, estämiseltä, kopioinnilta, jakelulta sekä muilta kolmansien osapuolten laittomilta toimilta.
3.7. Sivuston hallinto yhdessä käyttäjän kanssa toteuttaa kaikki tarvittavat toimenpiteet tappioiden tai muiden negatiivisten seurausten estämiseksi, jotka aiheutuvat käyttäjän henkilötietojen menetyksestä tai paljastumisesta.
4. Osapuolten velvollisuudet
4.1. Käyttäjän velvollisuudet:
4.1.1. Toimittaa tarvittavat henkilötietoja koskevat tiedot sivuston käyttöä varten.
4.1.2. Päivittää ja täydentää toimitettuja henkilötietoja muutosten tapahtuessa.
4.2. Sivuston hallinnon velvollisuudet:
4.2.1. Käyttää saatuja tietoja ainoastaan tässä tietosuojakäytännössä määriteltyihin tarkoituksiin.
4.2.2. Huolehtia luottamuksellisten tietojen säilyttämisestä salassa eikä luovuttaa niitä käyttäjän kirjallisella suostumuksella, eikä myydä, vaihtaa, julkaista tai paljastaa siirrettyjä käyttäjän henkilötietoja muilla mahdollisilla tavoilla, ellei tässä tietosuojakäytännössä toisin määrätä.
4.2.3. Varmistaa käyttäjän henkilötietojen suojaaminen niiden käsittelyn aikana ottamalla käyttöön lakisääteisiin, organisatorisiin ja teknisiin toimenpiteisiin perustuvia suojaustoimenpiteitä luvattoman, lainvastaisen tai sattumanvaraisen henkilötietoihin pääsyn, tuhoamisen, muuttamisen, estämisen, kopiointien, luovuttamisen, levittämisen ja muiden lainvastaisten toimien osalta henkilötietojen suhteen sovellettavan lain mukaisesti, erityisesti rajoittamalla kolmansien osapuolien pääsyä tietoihin, säilyttämällä tiedot yksinomaan sivuston omistajan omistamilla palvelimilla, kieltämällä tietojen paljastaminen sivuston omistajan työntekijöille ja sopimuskumppaneille.
4.2.4. Estää kyseiseen käyttäjään liittyvät henkilötiedot käyttäjän tai hänen laillisen edustajansa tai henkilötietojen suojaa valvovan viranomaisen pyynnöstä tai vaatimuksesta tosiseikkojen selvittelyn ajaksi, jos havaitaan väärien henkilötietojen tai laittomien toimien tapauksessa.
5. Vastuunjakaminen osapuolten kesken
5.1. Sivuston hallinnointi, joka ei ole täyttänyt velvoitteitaan, on vastuussa käyttäjän kärsimistä vahingoista, jotka aiheutuvat henkilötietojen väärinkäytöstä, lainsäädännön mukaisesti.
5.2. Jos luottamuksellisia tietoja katoaa tai paljastuu, sivuston hallinnointi ei ole vastuussa, jos nämä luottamukselliset tiedot:
5.2.1. Tulevat julkisiksi ennen niiden katoamista tai paljastumista.
5.2.2. Ne saatiin kolmannelta osapuolelta ennen kuin ne saatiin sivuston hallinnolta.
5.2.3. Ne paljastettiin käyttäjän suostumuksella.
5.2.4. Sivuston hallinnon suora (suoranainen) syyllisyys luottamuksellisten tietojen katoamiseen tai paljastumiseen ei ole todistettu.
6. Riitojen ratkaisu
6.1. Ennen kuin nostetaan kanne oikeuteen sivuston käyttäjän ja sivuston hallinnoinnin välisistä riitatilanteista, on pakollista toimittaa vaatimus (kirjallinen ehdotus riidan vapaaehtoisesta ratkaisemisesta).
6.2. Vaatimuksen vastaanottaja ilmoittaa 30 kalenteripäivän kuluessa vaatimuksen vastaanottamisesta kirjallisesti vaatimuksen esittäjälle vaatimuksen käsittelyn tuloksista.
6.3. Mikäli sopimukseen ei päästä, riita käsitellään tuomioistuimessa voimassa olevan lainsäädännön mukaisesti.
6.4. Tämän tietosuojakäytännön ja käyttäjän sekä sivuston hallinnoinnin välisten suhteiden osalta sovelletaan voimassa olevaa lainsäädäntöä.
7. Lisäehdot
7.1. Sivuston hallinnoinnilla on oikeus tehdä muutoksia tähän tietosuojakäytäntöön ilman käyttäjän suostumusta.
7.2. Uusi tietosuojakäytäntö tulee voimaan heti sen julkaisemisen jälkeen sivustolla, ellei uudessa tietosuojakäytännön versiossa toisin määrätä.
